Bogalusa Public Works Director James Hall said he is concerned about public safety, so he is issuing a warning that Graceland portable buildings are not “built to code” for either a residence or a business.
“They’re built for accessory use only,” he said. “If a thunderstorm comes through, people aren’t safe. They could get crushed.”
Hall strongly advises anyone who is living or working in such a portable structure to stop immediately. Anyone who does not will be evicted, he said.
