Earl Stanley Lott Sr., 71, entered eternal rest on June 8, 2017, at his home, as heaven gained a new angel. He was a husband, Daddy, Paw Paw, brother, uncle and friend who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

A memorial service will be held for Mr. Lott at the First Apostolic Church, located at 54112 Louisiana Highway 60, in Bogalusa (previously Berry’s Creek Pentecostal Church), on Friday, June 16, from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. (1 p.m. to 2 p.m. for immediate family). Funeral services will begin at 6 p.m. with graveside service to follow at Magee Cemetery on Wilson Magee Road in Plainview.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Janice Lott of Plainview; a sister, Camille (Ray) Ridgdale; and a grandson, Matthew Breland.

Mr. Lott leaves to cherish his memories to: his loving wife of over 45 years, Alma Joyce Lott; one brother, Alvin (Beverly) Lott; one sister, Christine (Hugh) Pell; six children, Sharon (Chris) Bordelon, Linda (David) Freeman, Earl (Annette) Lott Jr., Rose (Timmy) Dykes, Robert (Denise) Lott and Janet (Bryan) Mitchell; 16 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and lots of nieces, nephews and friends.
