Eloise Pierce Jarrell, born April 10, 1931, went home to be with the Lord on May 23, 2017. She passed away peacefully at the residence at the age of 86. Eloise was a member of the Temple Baptist Church.

She leaves behind a son, Hayward Jarrell and his wife Cynthia of Bogalusa; a daughter, Darlene Jarrell McCain and her husband Ned of Sandy Hook, Miss.; six grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Houston and Leoda Pierce; her husband, Rev. Webber Jarrell; a son, Ronnie Hue Jarrell; a brother, Buford Pierce; and two sisters, Helen Perkins and Tina Ruth (Honey) Perkins.

Visitation was held at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home on Thursday, May 25, beginning at 9 a.m. until the service time at 11 a.m. The Rev. Carl Beech officiated the services and the interment followed in the Henlyfield Baptist Church Cemetery.
