The 2017 International Harvester Collectors Louisiana Chapter 31 Antique Tractor, Engine and Truck Show will take place at the Washington Parish Fairgrounds in Franklinton on Friday, May 5, and Saturday, May 6.

The event includes tractor games and demonstrations, including a kiddie tractor pull and other activities, such as Skillet Throw, for ladies only, Blindman’s Bluff, Barrell Roll, a Slow Race, and a Tractor and Engine Swap Meet, so people are advised to bring their parts for sale.

There will also be plenty of arts and crafts booths featuring items like baked goods, jellies, antiques, jewelry, birdhouses, squirrel feeders, swings and rockers.

Admission is free of charge, and the fun begins at 8 a.m. on both days.

Although the featured brand will be International Harvester, all makes are welcome.
