Bogalusa Mayor Wendy Perrette is alerting residents who are on the April 10 water bill cycle, and who got bills on the date they were marked due, that late fees would not apply this month.

“Our billing processor, High Cotton, took responsibility,” she said. “It’s not the first time this happened. But they’re working to establish procedures so it won’t happen again.”
