Lovell Johnson, 57, of Bogalusa, departed this life on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at Our Lady of the Angels Hospital in Bogalusa.

The funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 19, at the chapel of Crain and Sons Funeral Home of Bogalusa at 1 p.m., with the Rev. Charlie Parker officiating.

Interment will follow in the Bogalusa Cemetery.

Survivors include one son, Rhyem Johnson of Detroit, Mich.; two daughters, Lee Ora Johnson of Las Vegas, Nev., and Kiara Johnson of Detroit; two brothers, Charles (Gayle) Johnson of Bogalusa and Willie Ray Johnson of Houston, Texas; sisters, Janie Lee Peters of Bogalusa, Gilda Bell of Bogalusa, and Barbara (Ron) Felice of Richmond, Texas; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Those who preceded Lovell in death include parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph (Ora Lee) Johnson; and one brother, Clifton Brumfield.
