Mrs. Rosa Lee Andrews passed away at the age of 81 on Sunday, Feb. 19, 2017, at Lakeview Regional Medical Center in Covington.

Services are incomplete and Crain and Sons Funeral Home of Franklinton is in charge of arrangements.
