Anna Louise Penton, 89, born on March 11, 1927, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 29, 2017, at her home in Bogalusa. She was a member of Annunciation Catholic Church. She retired from the state of Louisiana after 34 years.

She is survived by one daughter, Angela L. Hines (Scott) of Bogalusa; two sons, Theo David Penton III (Lynn) of Signal Mountain, Tenn., and Michael Paul Penton of Bogalusa; and two grandchildren, Bailey Penton and Frank Esquivel.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Theo Penton; her parents, Joseph Henry Letulle and Estelle Landry Letulle; one sister, Ruby L. Pospisil; and one brother, Monk Letulle.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, Feb. 2, at Annunciation Catholic Church, located at 517 Ave. B in Bogalusa, from 10 a.m. until noon. Funeral Mass services will begin at noon with the Rev. Father Daniel Brouillette officiating. Interment will follow at Ponemah Cemetery.
