Veronica Torrence is hoping the community can help find her grandson.

Torrence said Tylar Redditt, 16, left his mother’s home on Tuesday, Dec. 13, and hasn’t been seen since.

Torrence said he was last seen in the area around Sportsman’s Inn on Highway 21 south of Bogalusa.

“He’s 5-feet-6-inches tall and he weighs 130 pounds or so,” she said. “The last thing he had on was black Jordan tennis shoes and dark pants and a purple hoodie.”

The Washington Parish Sherriff’s Office has confirmed that Torrence reported her grandson missing. Torrence is asking for the community’s help in locating the boy and she said anyone who has any information should call the sheriff’s office.

“We’re just really concerned about him,” she said. “If you’ve seen him, please call the local authorities. We’re just worried.”
