Ola Mae Wells

Ola Mae Wells, 72, passed away Dec. 11, 2016, at her daughter’s residence. She was a resident of Bogalusa and a member of New Life Pentecostal Church.

She is survived by her sons, Wayne Wells (Brandie) of Poplarville, Miss., and Jonathan Tagert (Katie) of Bogalusa; one daughter, Sandra Wells Duncan (Tim) of Angie; brothers, Wilbur Adams (Louise) of Bogalusa and Don Adams (Wanda) of Carriere, Miss.; one sister, Margie Simmons of Angie; five grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Dudley Wells; daughter, Sharon Tagert; and parents, Charlie and Gracie Adams.

Visitation was held in the chapel of Brown-McGehee Funeral Home on Tuesday, Dec. 13, from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Visitation will continue Wednesday, Dec. 14, from 8 a.m. until time for services in the chapel at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Pounds Cemetery. The Rev. Wesley Quave will officiate.
