Douglas Karl Creason, a resident of Angie, 54, born on July 17, 1962, in Jackson, Miss., passed away on Sunday, Dec. 4, 2016, at Lakeview Regional Medical Center in Covington.

He is survived by: his wife, Jean Creason of Angie; three daughters, Casie Hartley (Nicholas) of Bush, Jamie Sanford of Mandeville, and Tara Sanford of Angie; his mother, Anatalie Creason of Bogalusa; two sisters, Patricia Creason of Perry, Fla., and Judy Janssen (Larry) of Mandeville; four brothers, Johnny Creason of Atlanta, Ga., James Creason of Albuquerque, N.M., Ralph Creason (Janice) of Gretna, and Mark Creason of D’Lo, Miss.; and six grandchildren, Tailor, Brooklyn, Dominic, Phoenix, Kannon and Kahlan.

Visitation will be held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home on Friday, Dec. 9, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Virginia Chandler officiating. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m, at New Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Braxton, Miss.
