Stephanie ‘Judy’ Fleming

Stephanie “Judy” Fleming passed from this world Sunday, Dec. 4, 2016, at Canon Hospice in Gulfport, Miss.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, adored by all her family. She was a member of Plainview Baptist Church and retired from LTAC of Bogalusa. She had a heart of gold and took in many lost and injured animals over the years restoring many back to health. Judy was also an artist who created many ceramics and mesh wreaths over the years that still brighten rooms and doorways all over Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Earline Kendrick and her father, Lamar (Sandy) Thornton.
Judy is survived by her husband, Donald Fleming; her daughters, Danette Moore and Sarah Smith; her son, John Irvine; her grandchildren, Cody Smith, Ashlyn Irvine, Earlie Davis, Eimhear Davis, Jacob Irvine and Miranda Smith; her sister, Lora Taylor; her son-in-law, David Moore; and her daughter-in-law, Monique Irvine.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 9, in Biloxi National Cemetery.
Riemann Family Funeral Home, located at 11280 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport, is serving the family and funeral procession will gather at 12:30 p.m. in order to depart for the cemetery at 1 p.m.
