Patrick R. McGuire, of Bogalusa, born and raised in New Orleans, beloved husband of Melanie Hemstreet D’Antonio McGuire, passed away at his home on Nov. 14, 2016, at the age of 69.

He is the father of Sean McGuire (Kimberly), Brian McGuire and Patrick McGuire; grandfather of Solomon Mansfield, Ronan McGuire and Kazmon McGuire; step-father to Dr. Claude D’Antonio Jr. (Shanna), Marcella D’Antonio Michaels and Heather D’Antonio; and step-grandfather to Draden D’Antonio, Mikhail (Mischa) D’Antonio and Hunter Roberts.

His wife and children invite his family and friends to join them at a celebration of his life (Irish Memorial) on Sunday, Nov. 20, at the Redzone Grill, 15310 Highway 21 S., in Bogalusa, from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite charity.
