Cynthia Patricia Ard Seals, 62, a resident of Pine, passed away to her eternal home early Thursday morning, Nov. 3, 2016, at the Tulane Medical Center.

Patricia was a member of Hilltop Missionary Baptist Church, who enjoyed gardening and planting flowers. She had retired from the Washington Parish School Board after 20 years of service as a bus driver for the Angie and Wesley Ray schools.

Patricia also enjoyed riding her Harley-Davidson motorcycle and loved hunting, fishing and the outdoors. She cherished the time spent with her family and the ones she loved.

She is survived by: three sons and daughters-in-law, Phillip Jarrell and Julie Miller of Pine, William “Richie” and Jennifer Jarrell of Jayess, Miss., and Hunter Seals and Taylor Graves of Pine; four grandchildren, Logan Jarrell, Gavin Jarrell, Emma Jarrell and Kaleb Seals; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard and Linda Ard, and Charles and Ann Ard, all of Pine; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Seals; and her parents, Cecil Ard and Evie Corine Seals Ard.

Visitation will be at Hilltop Baptist Church on Monday, Nov. 7, from 10 a.m. until noon. A funeral service will be held in the church at noon Monday with Elder Mark Hobgood, Elder Duane Ball, and Elder Richard Magee officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Gavin Jarrell, Cody Ard, Brad Fortenberry, Scotty Rogers, Jason Dutruch, Byron Forbes, Bruce Ard, Lavon Forbes and Zander Thomas.
