Tuesday’s Bogalusa City Council meeting was cancelled when there were not enough members present to hold a meeting.

The council will meet today in emergency session to introduce “the entering into a contract with the Bogalusa Blues and Heritage Festival.” As of press time, no concrete time had been announced, but it will be between 3 and 5 p.m.
