Mr. Jimmy Oneal Jackson passed away at the age of 47 on Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2016.

He leaves to cherish his memories: two sons, Keundrad Roberts of Independence, and Nathaniel Nelson of Mississippi; four daughters, Kevondia Roberts of Pensacola, Fla., Keundria Jackson and Keshaundria Jackson, both of Independence, and Terriunna Venible of Amite; two brothers, Willie E. Jackson and Aundrea Jackson, both of Mt. Hermon; two sisters, Terri Jackson McGowan and Angelena Jackson, both of Mt. Hermon; five grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, father, Charles Edward and Jeanette Jackson.

The memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 6, at Union Chapel A.M.E. Church with Rev. Sherman Berry, pastor, officiating. Crain and Sons Funeral Home of Franklinton is in charge of arrangements.
