Charles Robert “Robbie” Seals, a resident of Bogalusa, 54, born on Jan. 5, 1962, passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2016, at Lakeview Regional Medical Center in Covington.

He is survived by a daughter, Bridget Seals Smith (Robert) of Jesup, Ga.; two sons, Charles Curtis Seals of Purvis, Miss., and Robert Christian Seals of Bush; one grandchild, Elijah James Smith of Jesup; his mother, Bettie Mills Cooper of Bogalusa; his father, Charles Edward Seals (Laura) of Varnado; three sisters, Theresa Seals Terrell of Bogalusa, Lesa Cooper (Sylvia Friend) of Ponchatoula, and Cheryl Cooper Richardson of Victoria, Texas; three brothers, Jimmy Seals (Brittany) of Franklinton, Joey Seals of Covington, and Lamont Cooper (Carolyn) of Gibson; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 2, at New Life United Pentecostal Church from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 3 p.m., with the Rev. Wesley Quave officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery.
