Doris Johnnie Mae Pigott born January 31, 1934 when home to be with the lord June, 9 2016 at the age of 83. She was born in Bogalusa and a resident of Pascagoula, MS.

She leaves behind a son Charles Pigott Sr. of Pennsylvania a brother, Benson
Crawford Smith, of Road Island and two sisters, Theresa Snowden and Geniel Ogundele both of Road Island, a special aunt Minster Bobbie J. Lindsey of Michigan City, Indiana, her grandchildren, Amzie Pigott, Charles Pigott Jr, Apollo Pigott, Shukura Pigott, Nicole Pigott, Derek Pigott, William Pigott, Andre Pigott, Diana Pigott and Vincent Pigott and three saughters-in-law Casaline Pigott, Patricia Berryhill and Mavis Pigott and other family members and friends.
She is proceeded In death by her parents, Johnny and Ida Mae Freeman, two sons Willie Pigott and Jim Pigott Jr., two brothers, Milton Scott and Ruben Wayne Smith, a sister Emily Scott.
Visitation was held Thursday June,16, at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home beginning at 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m.
Interment will follow in the Bogalusa City Cemetery.
