Richard Lee “Spence” Spencer Jr., a resident of Bush, 48, born on Dec. 17, 1967, in Baltimore, Md., passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2016, in Bogalusa.

He is survived by his wife, Shelly Spencer of Bush; two daughters, Mindy Spencer of Bush, and Misty Spencer of Covington; a son, Kevyn Knight of Conowingo, Md.; his mother, Ellen Esposito of Baltimore; a sister, Tanya Bardo Ey of Conowingo; two brothers, Pete Esposito and Michael Spencer, both of Baltimore; and six grandchildren, Bradley Adkins, Hunter Adkins, McKenzie Wright, Spencer Wright, August Glass and Baby Glass.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 6, at Palestine Baptist Church from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. The funeral services will begin at 6 p.m., with the Rev. Fred Brumfield officiating.
