Barbara Wood Lott, 69, born on July 27, 1946, in Bogalusa, passed away on Thursday, April 21, 2016, at her residence in Bogalusa.

She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Lott of Varnado; two sisters, Sherry Wood and Debra Seal, both of Bogalusa; two grandchildren, Zachary Lott and Katelyn Spillman; numerous nieces and nephews; and a close friend, Peter Gard.

She is preceded in death by her father, Mason B. Wood; her mother, Sybil Goings; her brother, Terry Wood; and her sister, Linda Phelps.

Visitation will be held at Superior Avenue Baptist Church on Saturday, April 23, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The funeral services will begin at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Clay Norwood officiating.
