Mary Louise Edwards, born Sept. 3, 1946, passed away March 18, 2016 at AMG of Covington at the age of 69. She attended Love Baptist Church in Bogalusa.

She leaves behind her husband, Brad Edwards of Bogalusa; a son, Richard E. Edwards of Rhode Island; two brothers, Samuel R. Carroll of Petal, Miss., and Maxwell Carroll of Bogalusa; and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Reese Carroll and Eva Tony Carroll.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 23, at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home beginning at 5 p.m. until 9 p.m., and visitation will resume Thursday, March 24, after 8 a.m. until the service time at 11 a.m. Interment will follow the religious services in the Carroll Cemetery.
