Earl Winston Seal

Earl Winston Seal, born Oct. 31, 1941, passed away March 10, 2016, at the Our Lady of Angels at the age of 74. He was of the Baptist gaith. He worked at the Crown Zellerbach, Southern Timber Forestry Division as shop foreman.

He leaves behind a daughter, Tawana Seal Applegate and fiancé, Jessie Wall of Franklinton; a son, Earl Seal II and his wife Brittney Walker Seal of Bogalusa; one sister, Juanita Seal Stringer; five brothers, Vernon (Barbara) Seal of Covington, James (Ann) Seal of Bogalusa, Lloyd (Linda) Seal of Angie, Wilson (Valarie) Seal of Angie, and Milton Seal of Isabel; three grandsons, Michael Tyler (Jennifer) Applegate, Kaleb Earl Seal and Alex Wall; two granddaughters, Macey Taylor Applegate and Madisyn Victoria Applegate; one great-granddaughter, Charleigh Sophia Applegate; one sister-in-law, Lynn Seal; two special friends, Wanda Moore Seal and Annette Perry Seal; and a number of nieces and nephews and other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Mr. and Mrs Dolphus Seal and Mr. and Mrs John Singley; parents, William Talmadge and Polly Singley Seal; and two brothers, Avin Seal and Norman Seal.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 15, at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home beginning at 11 a.m. until the service time at 2 p.m.

Services will be conducted by Brother Kevin Neary. Interment will follow in the Ponemah Cemetery.
