Bogalusa City councilman Doug Ritchie cancelled his schedule town hall meeting that was scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 23 at 5:30 p.m. Ritchie said he was canceling the meeting due to the weather. According to the National Weather Service, there is a strong wind advisory in effect for the area through Tuesday, and tornadoes are possible as a storm front moves through the region.

Ritchie said he will re-schedule the meeting and announce a new date and time at the first council meeting in March.
