Mrs. Willie M. (Brock) Billingsley, 67, passed away Jan. 18, 2016, at Lakeview Medical Center.

Visitation will be Saturday, Jan. 23, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Hayes United Meth-odist Church.

Services will be Sunday, Jan. 24, at 1 p.m. at the church, with the Rev. Barbara Gibson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
