Ashten Nicole Shores, 22, passed away Nov. 29, 2015, in Houston, Texas.

She was a longtime resident of Bogalusa and part-time resident of Gonzales.

She is survived by her four young children, Curtis Allen, Ashlynn Allen, Kayden Shores and Aleigha Allen; her mother, Melissa Shores McCarthy; brother and sister, Roger McCarthy Bates and Allison McCarthy; maternal grandparents, James and Elaine Shores; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Her memorial services will be held Friday, Dec. 18, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Poole’s Bluff.
