Robert Edward Borde Jr., died at Our Lady of The Angels Hospital in Bogalusa, on Sunday, Dec. 6, 2015.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Lillian Lessing Borde; and his sisters, Lois Borde, Ruth Borde, and Lucille Borde Smith.

He is survived by his sisters, Althea Borde Ricks of Pensacola, Fla., and Sharon Borde of Bogalusa; his brothers, Louis Borde of Bogalusa and Wayne Borde of New Orleans; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home on Wednesday, Dec. 9, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Ponemah Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, Bobby would have asked that his friends make a generous donation to the Salvation Army or The new local Animal Shelter.
