Mrs. Hilda Faye Thompson passed away at the age of 66 on Saturday, Nov. 28, 2015, at Good Samaritan Nursing Home.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories four daughters, Joe Ella Jones, Lizzie Jones Robinson, Erma Lee Jones Brumfield, and Earline Jones, all of Franklinton; two brothers, Larry (Jada) Gatlin of Beaumont, Texas, and Rodney Thompson of Franklinton; one sister, Annie Kate Thompson of Franklinton; 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Irma Lee Burton and father, John T. Fortenberry; one daughter, Rachel Jones; one sister, Linda Diane Major; a grandmother, Annie Kate Thompson; and one grandchild, Shameka Jones.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, Dec. 10, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., at Crain and Sons Funeral Home Chapel.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, Dec. 11, at 2 p.m., at Outreach Full Gospel Church with Elder Antoine Graves officiating.
