Marvin Adams, 77, a resident of Angie, passed away on Monday, Nov. 23, 2015, at the Louisiana Heart Hospital in Lacombe.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Willie Virginia Duncan Adams; his parents, B. J. Adams and Agnes Ard Adams; one sister, Bonnie Mae Strahan; and one brother, John E. Adams.

He is survived by two daughters, Tracey Adams and Ellen Adams; his son, Marty Adams (Pam); one brother, Quincy Adams (Charlene); five grandchildren, Kody Hampton, Korey Hampton, Kourtney Hampton, Laken Adams and Lane Adams; two great-grandchildren, Kash Hampton and Knox Hampton; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, Nov. 26, 2015 at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, Nov. 27, at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home Chapel at 10:30 a.m., with Bro. Doyle Ball officiating. Interment will follow at Ruebin Adams Cemetery.
