Baby Ja’Den Ly’Dell Burton departed this life on Sept. 16, 2015, at Our Lady of the Angels Hospital in Bogalusa.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Victoria Burton and Paul Bickham Sr.; and his great-grandparent, Moses Hart.

He is survived by his parents, MyKenyia Sheraé Shanté Holmes and Michael Ly’Dell Burton Jr.; his siblings, A’Laesia Holmes, Michael Burton and Casey Brown Jr. of Bogalusa, and Nickolas Sheridan of Angie; his grandparents, Shelita Holmes of Bogalusa, and Elder Michael (Lora) Burton Sr. of Franklinton; his aunts, Keisha Burton of Franklinton and Devante Nichols and Emma Holmes of Bogalusa; his great-grandparents, Barbara Nelson and Steve Nelson of Bogalusa, and Nerlean Hart of Franklinton; and his uncles, Everette Burton of Franklinton, and Tyran Holmes, Norman Brock and Roderick Holmes Sr. of Bogalusa.

The funeral service will be held Wednesday, Sept. 23, at 11 a.m. at the chapel of Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa with Elder Michael Burton Sr. officiating. Interment will follow in the Martin Cemetery in Franklinton.
