Virginia “Ginny” Bounds Burch, 53, of Bogalusa, died Thursday, Sept. 10, 2015, at her home.

Ginny was a former personal caregiver with the Franklinton Association for Independent Living. She enjoyed crocheting and liked to sing. Ginny loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by a daughter, April Bounds of Bogalusa; former husband, Jerry Wayne Burch of Bogalusa; a sister, Linda Whitehead of Bogalusa; two brothers, Nolan Bounds of Angie and Wendell Bounds of Crossroads, Miss.; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and other family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford Bounds and Charlene Hartzog Bounds; sisters, Carolyn Bounds and Debra Bounds; brother, Edward Bounds; and a great-grandmother that raised her, Caroline Woodward.

Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home on Sunday, Sept. 13, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Virgil Burch officiating. Burial will follow in the Bankston Cemetery.
