Wanda Faye Hodge, born Feb. 19, 1941, went home to be with the Lord on Aug. 10, 2015. She was a long-time resident of Bogalusa. She was of the Baptist Faith.                                                                       

She is survived by two sons, Jimmy Garza and his wife Melissa of Pride, La., and Randy Garza of Bogalusa; two daughters, Elaina Faye Dixon and her husband Clayton and Melinda Matran, both of Bogalusa; a brother, Mike Dunaway of Bogalusa; her grandchildren, Alexis Dixon, Michael Dixon, Danielle Pierce, Matthew Guillory, Heather McLemore, Christopher Garza, Patrick Garza, Jonathon Garza, Thomas Garza, Randy Garza, Wendy Knight, Ashley Knight and Amanda Knight; three great-grandchildren, Avery Faye Swindle, Kenzie and Steven McLemore; and other family members and friends.                                                                                                                 She was preceded in death by her parents, Avery and Mattie Lee Hodge; a son, Bruce Wayne Dixon; two brothers, Bob Hodge and James Irvine Hodge; and a sister, Brenda Paige.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, Aug. 15, 2015, at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home beginning at 11 a.m. until religious services at 3 p.m. Services will be conducted by Bishop Zurronn Sartin.
