The body of a man was found in his vehicle Monday afternoon after a workout at Snap Fitness at 401 Austin St. in Bogalusa.

Reno Bruno, 54, of Sun, was pronounced dead by Washington Parish Coroner’s Office Investigator Daniel Whittington at 2:15 p.m. Monday afternoon.

The body was sent to the St. Tammany Parish Coroner’s Office for autopsy.

“According to people at Snap Fitness, he went in around 12 noon and worked out for about an hour and left,” Whittington said.

“He had started his car. He was found by someone leaving Snap Fitness who saw he wasn’t moving and they called 911,” the investigator added.

Whittington said no foul play is suspected as it appears Bruno died of natural causes.
