Gary Glen Seal, age 47, born in Bogalusa on Oct. 25, 1967, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2015, at his residence in Bogalusa.

He is survived by his parents, Larry W. and Margaret Scoggins Seal of Bogalusa; one brother, Larry W. Seal II “Toby,” and one sister, Patricia Seal Comardelle “Patti,” both of Baton Rouge; one nephew, Kenneth Wayne Seal; two nieces, Jennifer Seal Ashley (Sam) and Jesse Seal, all of Bogalusa; two great-nephews; and two great-nieces.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Wilkinson “Fuzz” Seal and Ruth Magee Seal of Bogalusa; and maternal grandparents, Harold and Marie Scoggins of Baton Rouge.

Visitation will be held at Elizabeth Sullivan Memorial United Methodist Church on Saturday, July 11, 2015, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The memorial services will be held at 1 p.m., with the Rev. Bill Moon officiating. Refreshments will follow in the Fellowship Hall.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the ESM United Methodist Church, Magnolia Chapter Humane Society or another charity of the donor’s choosing.
