Tracy Aaron Courtney, a resident of Bogalusa, age 53, born on April 14, 1962, in Independence, passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2015, at Our Lady Of The Angels Hospital in Bogalusa.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Courtney of Bogalusa; two daughters, Genia Marie (Joe) Kennedy of Rockhill, S.C., and Honor Adair (Thomas) Mease of Fort Mill, S.C.; one sister, Buffie Pounds of Bogalusa; two brothers, Toye Duane (Diane) Courtney and Clyde Roland Courtney, both of Bogalusa; two grandsons, Elijah Blake Murray and Jackie Kennedy; son-in-law, Jeff Enix; and numerous family and friends.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Amber Yvonne Enix; a grandson, Joshua Andrew Murray; and his parents, Clyde Booth Courtney and Wilma Jean Williams Courtney.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2015, at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The funeral services will be at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Palestine Baptist Church Cemetery.
