Mr. Johnny Lee Johnson passed away at the age of 54 on Jan. 24, 2015, at Riverside Medical Center in Franklinton.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories one son, Patrick Sartin of Bogalusa; his mother, Aristine Johnson of Bogalusa; two grandchildren, Makih and Ma’quan Sartin of Bogalusa; four sisters, Angela Johnson of Hammond, Ms. Emma Gatlin of Bogalusa, Ms. Ernestine Brister of Bogalusa and Williestine Watson of Atlanta; four brothers, Minister Alton Johnson Jr., Larry Johnson, Willie A. Johnson and Robert E. Johnson, all of Bogalusa; and 16 nieces and nephews who he loved dearly.

He was preceded in death by his father, O.H. Carson; his sister, Christine May; nephew, Senior Airmen, Myron Rodrick Harriel; sister-in-law, LaTonya (Shun) Johnson; grandparents, Hosie and Edda McKelphin; aunt Ms. Ernestine Austin Young; and two uncles, Mr. Herbert McKelphin and Mr. Willie B. McKelphin.

Visitation will be held on Friday, Jan. 30, 2015, from 9 a.m. until noon, followed by a funeral service at noon at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa, with Pastor Michael O’ree officiating. Internment will be held at the Bogalusa Cemetery. Sign the online guestbook at www.crainandsons.com.
