Barry Wayne Taylor, age 44 and a resident of Franklinton, passed away Saturday, Jan. 3, 2015, at Northshore Regional Hospital in Covington.

He leaves to cherish his memories a son, Barry Wayne Taylor of Franklinton; his mother, Roberta Taylor of Franklinton; one grandchild; two sisters, Joyce Taylor and Tracy Brumfield, both of Franklinton; three brothers, Bobby (Angela) Taylor Jr. of Franklinton, Edward Taylor of Fluka, La., and Troy Smith of Texas; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Ray Taylor.

Visitation will be Friday, Jan. 9, 2015, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Franklinton.The funeral service will be Saturday, Jan. 10, 2015, at 10 a.m. at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Franklinton, with Minister Vanessa Dupre’ officiating.
