Archie James Magee Jr., age 75 and a resident of Franklinton, passed away, Monday, Jan. 5, 2015, at his residence in Franklinton.

He leaves to cherish his memories two daughters, Loretta (Don) Weary of Gulfport, Miss., and Lorriane (Homero) Torres of Franklinton; two sons, Eric (Joann) Magee of Gulfport and Todd (Shamekia) Magee of Franklinton; two sisters, Lula McClain and Lillian Garrett, both of Franklinton; two brothers, Sterling (Bobby) Magee and Kenneth Magee, both of Franklinton; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two special great-nieces, Rhonda Lee Elzy of Mt. Hermon and Rachel Monique Toomer of Lacombe; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ora Graves Magee.
