Getting in the giving spirit

Camellia Home Health and Hospice partnered with Northshore Technical Community College to give away 220 bags of food items to needy community residents Thursday at Camellia Home Health and Hospice on South Columbia Street. By 11:30 a.m., 40 bags had been given away. Camellia Administrator Karen Ladner, left, hands a food bag to Wiley Hunt, center. At right is Camellia Director of Nursing Brandi Seals. “We’ve been in Bogalusa 30 years and this is our way of giving back to the community that has done so much for us,” Seals said.
