Peggy Lorraine Bannister Huth, age 87, was born on July 16, 1927, in Bogalusa and passed away on Saturday, Aug. 23, 2014, at her resident in Bogalusa.

She is survived by one daughter, Pam Giraldi; one sister, Lanelle Tannehill; grandchildren, Kyle D. Oakman, Matthew J. Oakman, Sean Huth and Tracey Huth; and great-grandchildren, Kelsey Oakman, Chelsea Oakman and Casper Lee.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Frank Huth Sr., and a son, Daniel Frank Huth Jr.

There was a graveside service at Ponemah Cemetery on Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2014, at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Tommy Varnado officiating.

Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
