One day after a Washington Parish drug bust netted 14 suspects, another alleged drug dealer turned himself in to authorities.
Justin Terrell, 30, of Thomas, turned himself into Washington Parish officials on Aug. 6. He is being held on $75,000 bond and is charged with distribution of Schedule II drugs and issuing worthless checks.
“We continue to look for the others, but obviously they are not wanting to be located,” Washington Parish Chief Deputy Mike Haley said. “We will find them, though, and they will go to jail. It’s just a matter of time. (The) easiest thing would be for them to turn themselves in.”
Terrell was one of 11 suspects initially missed during the Aug. 5 roundup.
Authorities continue to search for Greg Conerly, Johnny Crosby and Veronica Gatlin of Bogalusa; Randy Jerrell of Thomas; Landon Jones and Byron Kaigler and Jamar McGowan and Clifton Earl Raford of Angie.
Authorities are also looking for Gregory S. Cambre and Monigue Cambre.
Anyone knowing the location of any of the suspects should notify the Washington Parish Sheriff’s Office at 985-839-3434.
