Isabel Thomas Hayman, age 90, passed away Aug. 10, 2014, at Resthaven Living Center, where she was a resident.

She is survived by one son, James Hayman Jr. of Bogalusa; four daughters, Donna Lawrence of Diamond Head, Miss., Elana Rodeheaver of Bogalusa, Tyrona Whitman of Picayune, Miss., and Teresa Hayman of Carrier, Miss.; brothers, Dewey Thomas and Douglas Thomas, both of Thomas; and sisters, Ada Merle Menish of Bogalusa, Ledonia Hill of Bogalusa and Janette Ahlman of Thomas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Hayman Sr., parents, Commodore and Marie Thomas, brothers, Simon and Phillip Ray Thomas, sisters, Elizabeth Thomas and Waver Jordan, and one grandson, Craig Hayman.

Visitation will be held in the chapel of Brown-McGehee Funeral Home on Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2014, from 9 a.m. until time for services in the chapel at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Ponemah Cemetery. Deacon Harold Thomas will officiate.
