Dennis Michael DiFabrizio, born in Charleston, W.V., passed away July 22, 2014, at the age of 67.

He was preceded in death by, his parents, Mabel and Carl DiFabrizio; wife, Beverly Lynn DiFabrizio; and brother, Kevin Bradley and Toni Rene DiFabriio.

He was a Navy veteran and served on the USS Forrestal CV-59 Aircraft Carrier with Sen. John McCain on July 29, 1967. When munitions explosions killed 137 men, Michael was awarded the Bronze Star for bravery. He attended West Virginia Institute of Technology. He worked on the space program with Lockheed Martin for many years before retiring.

He had a passion for cooking, baking and entertaining. He possessed a warm, engaging personality, generous always and with a great sense of humor. He will be remembered with great fondness.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
