GALLOWAY
Larry “Nub” James Galloway Sr., born Sept. 1, 1947, passed away May 14, 2014, at his residence in Bogalusa at the age of 66. Larry was a member of the Moose Lodge and a member of the Bogalusa Open Road Cruisers. He also was a member of Monroe Street Baptist Church.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories his wife, Janice Sandifer Galloway, four children, Tracy Leigh Galloway of Bogalusa, Jamie (Dawn) Galloway of Bogalusa, Michaela (Donavon) Guillory of St. Landry and Ricky (Beth) Romano of Pineville, La., two sisters, Ann Galloway Bass of Boutte, La., and Faye Galloway Magee of Bogalusa, eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild and other numerous nieces and nephews and other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Luke and Bessie Galloway, one brother, Charles “Chuck” Galloway, and a sister, Lorrain Galloway Mestayer.
A memorial service will be held Sunday May 18, 2014, at Monroe Street Baptist Church at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations to a favorite charity.
