PRESSON

Pine resident Betty Lou Edwards Presson, who was born on Nov. 17, 1946, passed away in Bogalusa on Sunday, April 6, 2014, at the age of 67.

She is survived by her companion of more than 30 years, George Stilley; her children, Beth (Gerald) Fiorello, C.C. (Wendi) Presson, Scotty Presson and Marshall (Phylicia) Presson; her first husband, James Presson; one sister, Alice Larson; and 10 grandchildren whom she adored: Morgan, Courtney, Jude and Gianna Fiorello, Danielle and Alli Presson, Tiffany Stogner, Jamaya Dalcour, and Michael and Marshall Presson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Willie Edwards, and her infant son, Michael Presson.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 12 at Monroe Baptist Church in Bogalusa.
