Rita Faye Miller Leslie, 53, a resident of Bogalusa, born Sept. 21, 1960, in California, passed away Sunday, Feb. 23, 2014, at Lakeview Regional Medical Center in Mandeville.

She retired after 25 years from Wal-Mart in Bogalusa.

She is survived by her husband, Tim Leslie of Bogalusa; one son, B.G. (Mandy) Miller of Bogalusa; two daughters, Crystal (Billy) Adams of Bogalusa and Theresa (Roger) Crain of Franklinton; one sister, Nedra Nash; nine grandchildren, Cameron Miller, Payton Miller and Brie’Anna Miller, Will Adams, Nathan Adams and Isabella Adams, Brooke Galloway, Wes Crain and Lylah Crain.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph D. and Mae Nash; two sisters, Roslie McManus and Risa Nash; and one brother, Dennis Nash.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, Feb. 26 from 5- 9 p.m. at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home. Visitation will continue in the funeral home chapel on Thursday from 9 a.m. until time for the funeral services at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Pete Underwood officiating. Interment will follow at Ponemah Cemetery.
