GADDY

Jeretta T. Gaddy, 82, a resident of Bogalusa, passed away Saturday, Dec. 21, 2013, at Resthaven Living Center.

Born Sept. 6, 1931, she was retired from the City of Bogalusa, and a lifelong member of Main Street Baptist Church.

She is survived by a son, Harold (Maureen) Gaddy of Thomas; a daughter, Linda Bryant of Bogalusa; five grandchildren, Jim Gaddy of New York City, N.Y., Sally (Andy) Allen of Corinth, Miss., Jill (Andy) Hughes of Bogalusa, Molly Gaddy of Hattiesburg, Miss., and Cassie Kellis of Bogalusa; and six grandchildren, Kaden Kellis, Madi Kellis, Jackson Allen, Carter Allen, Andie Grace Hughes and Myles Hughes.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Cola Toney and Clint Smith.

Visitation will be held Thursday, Dec. 26 at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home from 5-9 p.m., and will continue on Friday from 9 a.m. until time for the funeral service at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel, with the Rev. Patrick Magee officiating. Interment will follow at Ponemah Cemetery.
