LUCITO

Felix Abel Lucito, 41, a resident of Franklinton, born Nov. 25, 1972, died at 7:58 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 15, 2013, at St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington.

He was a former supervisor at Hydes Slaughter House. He enjoyed listening to music and fishing.

He is survived by his wife, Mendy Luper Lucito; three daughters, Chasity Lucito, Lisa Lucito and Krystin Lucito; three grandchildren, Yazmyne Jefferson, D’von Lucito and Karlyx Beauchamp; his father, Felix Lucito; siblings, William Magee, Joanicha and Clint Spears, Selyna and Johnny Polk, Crystal and Randy Smith, Carey and Dewayne Crosby, Shannon Caples and Shonnon Clarson and Tim; uncles and aunts, Sam Lucito, Mary Lucito, Abel Smith and Karen; and 44 nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sally Smith Caples, and a brother, Sammy Joe Magee.

Visitation will be Wednesday, Dec. 18 at Crain Funeral Home from 9 a.m. until time for the funeral service at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in the Strahan Cemetery.
