All the Washington Parish Libraries are having a drawing for a Grocery Gift Certificate starting October 24, 2013 until November 18, 2013. To enter you only need to visit your local branch library and check out a book, magazine, DVD etc. The Gift Certificate is provided by the Friends of the Washington Parish Library.
