MILLER

Mary Ann “Sue” Miller, 77, a resident of Franklinton, passed away Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013, at Riverside Medical Center in Franklinton. She was born in Farmerville on Aug. 17, 1936.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Hanes Miller Jr.; her parents, Otis and Francis Breland; and three sisters, Doris Eubanks, Ruth Albritton and Wanda Sue Cole.

She is survived by two daughters, Tena (Brent) Wilson of Pearl, Miss., and Allison Kulbeth of Shreveport; one son, Willie (Rita) Miller of Richland, Miss.; three sisters, Lillian Fletcher of Lafayette, Elizabeth Bearden of Haughton and Joyce Smith of Farmerville; one brother, Jerry Butler of Las Vegas; three sisters-in-law, Doris McNeese and Dorothy Miller, both of Bogalusa, and Wilmuth Miller of Hammond; four grandchildren, Jaime “Frank” Ryland, William (Ashleigh) Luna, Jeremy Kulbeth and Justin (Danielle) Miller; and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held Tuesday, Oct. 15, at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m., continuing on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until time for the funeral services at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel, with the Rev Kevin Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Bonner Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
