ABRAM

Augusta Abram, 73, died Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013, at her residence in Bogalusa.

She was born in Hub, Miss., to Gus and Elizabeth Abram. She was a member of Greater Ebenezer Baptist Church, who had accepted Christ at an early age. She loved God, and was caring to her family and to others.

She leaves to mourn her passing a devoted sister, Lizzie Ruth Magee of Bogalusa; one brother, Willie Ray (Laura) Abram of Gary, Ind.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.

Her parents preceded her in death.

Visitation will be held Thursday, Oct. 17 at Cook-Richmond Funeral Home in Bogalusa from 3-6 p.m., followed by a family hour from 6-7 p.m.

The funeral service will be conducted on Friday at Greater Ebenezer Baptist Church, with the Rev. Dr. Raymond E. Mims officiating. Interment will follow in Hub Community Cemetery.
